Payment Policies
Payment is integral part of the service. All the payments collected by the secured payment options.
We charge our clients 50% at the beginning of the projects and rest 50% after the completion of the projects.
Once the initial payment is done, we start our work and buy domain, hosting, themes, plug-ins, fonts and other things which is required to complete the project and utilize our resources to deliver you high quality website.
We send all the payments related emails by this payments@websiteforces.com mail address only.
Refund Policies
Website Designing
- Full Refund – If the project is not started and initial design has not been approved by you.
- If a project is canceled by the Websiteforces, initial deposit is fully refunded to the client.
- Partial Refund – If the project has been started and homepage is designed, we will refund 80% of the total project cost.
- No Refund – If all the work has been done and approved by the client or website is live.
Logo Designing
- Full Refund – In case logo designing has not been started or the initial design has not been approved by the client.
- Partial Refund – If the project has been started and after the approval of the initial design only the partial refund will be done depend on the work completed.
- No Refund – If the work has been done and approved by the client.
Digital Marketing
Payment of below services are non- refundable.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Pay Per Click (PPC)
- Content Marketing
All setup fee is non-refundable as it is applied to cost immediately incurred by Websiteforces in initiating the services.
If a project is canceled or postponed, the amount paid is reserved by the Websiteforces and a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for will be paid by the client.
Refund policies are not applicable if required information is not provided to us by client at proper time to completion of the project.
Refund policies are not applicable if there is any delay or failure occurred in the completion of the project due to lack of communication from client end, Websiteforces will not be held responsible for such delay or failure and we are not liable for refund due to such delay/failure of the project.
Refund are normally processed within 7 working days and further depends on the various banking and payment channels.
Websiteforces is not responsible for any delays or errors in refund from bank or third-party service provider end.
Chargebacks
If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal dispute) from a credit card company or bank, we will terminate all your services without any notice.
Please note that deny a valid charge through your bank or credit card company is fraudulent and illegal.
Instead of issuing any chargeback, we encourage you please contact us first for any problems related to your purchase. We are always here to assist you with any complaints you have.
